Vegetarian Egg and Sausage Muffin

Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal muffin
  • 2 sprays of cooking spray oil
  • 1 homemade vegetarian sausage patty
  • 2 light cheese slices
  • 3 Quorn vegetarian nuggets
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Toast the wholemeal muffin in a frying pan.

  2. Cook the vegetarian sausage patty using spray oil.

  3. Cook the Quorn nuggets as per package instructions.

  4. Fry the egg.

  5. Assemble all ingredients on the muffin.

  6. Place the assembled sandwich back in the frying pan and heat for a minute.
