Breakfast Boat with Egg, Beans, and Cheese
Ingredients
- 70g wholemeal bun
- 1 portion Italian deli ham style slices
- 2 slices light cheese slices
- Spinach
- Partially fried egg
- Cooked baked beans
- 15g grated mozzarella
- Peashoot salad
Preparation
Cut around the top edge of the bun and press down to create a cavity, or remove the top if desired.
Fill the bun with layers of Italian deli ham style slices, light cheese slices, and spinach.
Add a partially fried egg.
Spoon cooked baked beans around the egg white.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Bake in the oven on high for 5 minutes.
Serve with peashoot salad.
