Breakfast Boat with Egg, Beans, and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 70g wholemeal bun
  • 1 portion Italian deli ham style slices
  • 2 slices light cheese slices
  • Spinach
  • Partially fried egg
  • Cooked baked beans
  • 15g grated mozzarella
  • Peashoot salad

Preparation

  1. Cut around the top edge of the bun and press down to create a cavity, or remove the top if desired.

  2. Fill the bun with layers of Italian deli ham style slices, light cheese slices, and spinach.

  3. Add a partially fried egg.

  4. Spoon cooked baked beans around the egg white.

  5. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

  6. Bake in the oven on high for 5 minutes.

  7. Serve with peashoot salad.
