Cheesy Baked Beans Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • Baked beans
  • 40g grated mozzarella
  • 0.5 Italian deli ham style slices
  • Bacon seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cut the ham slices with an apple corer.

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until partially set.

  5. Add baked beans, ham slices, and some mozzarella cheese to one half of the omelette.

  6. Fold the omelette over the fillings and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

  7. Cook until the cheese melts and the omelette is done.
