Vegetarian Mcmuffin Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- Morrisons muffin
- 2 Quorn sausage patties
- Aldi breakfast hash brown
- 2 cheese slices
- Morrisons best golden yolk egg
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Split the muffin and pan toast it.
Cook the Quorn sausage patties by spraying with rapeseed oil, wrapping in foil, and baking in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, flipping once halfway.
Oven cook the Aldi breakfast hash brown.
Fry the egg in an egg ring.
Assemble the sandwich by layering the cheese slices, fried egg, sausage patties, and hash brown on the toasted muffin halves, then season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
