Breakfast in a Bun

Ingredients

  • 70g wholemeal bun
  • 2 Italian deli ham style slices
  • Baked beans
  • 1 egg
  • 20g grated mozzarella
  • Rocket leaves

Preparation

  1. Cut around the outer edge of the bun top and press it down onto the bun.

  2. Partially fry the egg.

  3. Line the bottom of the bun with the ham slices.

  4. Add cooked baked beans to the bun.

  5. Top with the partially fried egg and grated mozzarella.

  6. Bake for 6 minutes at 220°C.

  7. Add hot rocket leaves and serve.
