Breakfast Lasagne with Sausages

Ingredients

  • Baked beans
  • Tomato puree
  • 6 vegetarian butcher little Willies Lincolnshire sausages
  • Paprika
  • Onion salt
  • 3 lasagne sheets
  • 6 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Water
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • Garlic powder
  • Colmans mustard powder
  • 40 grams sainsburys grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Air fry the sausages and then chop them up.

  2. Partially cook the lasagne sheets in boiling water.

  3. Make a thick sauce using the cheese triangles, water, cornflour, garlic powder, onion salt, and mustard powder.

  4. Layer all the ingredients in a baking dish.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then top with grated mozzarella.

  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  7. Split into portions and serve with salad if desired.
