Breakfast Lasagne with Sausages
Ingredients
- Baked beans
- Tomato puree
- 6 vegetarian butcher little Willies Lincolnshire sausages
- Paprika
- Onion salt
- 3 lasagne sheets
- 6 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
- Water
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Garlic powder
- Colmans mustard powder
- 40 grams sainsburys grated mozzarella
Preparation
Air fry the sausages and then chop them up.
Partially cook the lasagne sheets in boiling water.
Make a thick sauce using the cheese triangles, water, cornflour, garlic powder, onion salt, and mustard powder.
Layer all the ingredients in a baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes, then top with grated mozzarella.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Split into portions and serve with salad if desired.
