Ingredients

  • 2 vegetarian schnitzels
  • 2 eggs
  • Peashoots

Cheese sauce

  • 2 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Water
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt

Preparation

  1. Cook the schnitzels in an air fryer until golden and crispy.

  2. Poach the eggs in simmering water with a splash of vinegar until the whites are set and yolks are runny.

  3. Combine the cheese sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.

  4. Microwave the cheese sauce mixture and stir until smooth and heated through.

  5. Rinse and dry the peashoots to prepare the salad.

  6. Assemble the dish by arranging the cooked schnitzels, poached eggs, cheese sauce, and peashoot salad on a plate.
