Bread Crust Breakfast Pie
Ingredients
- wholemeal pizza dough
- squeakybeanveg NYC deli pastrami style (1.5 portions)
- sliced boiled potatoes
- 2 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
- water
- 1 teaspoon cornflour (0.5 syns)
- chives
- garlic powder
- onion salt
- spinach
Preparation
Cut off a piece of the dough to keep for the top.
Roll out the remaining dough and use it to line a small springform cake tin.
Layer the filling ingredients in the tin
Place the reserved dough piece on top to seal the pie
Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
