Ingredients

  • 2 Stephenson's crumpets
  • 45g mixed extra mature cheddar and double Gloucester cheese
  • Onion salt, to taste
  • Chives, to taste

Preparation

  1. Toast the crumpets until golden brown.

  2. Sprinkle with onion salt and chopped chives.

  3. Top with grated cheese.

  4. Melt the cheese under a grill or in an oven until bubbly.
