Vegetarian Pasta Bake with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 120g spirali pasta
  • Naked Glory roast readybites
  • Tomato puree (most of the tube)
  • Tesco rich and smokey stock pot
  • Sweetener (amount not specified)
  • Very Lazy garlic
  • Lachinata smoked paprika flakes
  • Spinach (as much as desired)

Cheese sauce

  • 6 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 40g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Cook the spirali pasta for 6 minutes

  2. Prepare the sauce by combining tomato puree, stock pot, sweetener, garlic, and smoked paprika flakes

  3. Make the cheese sauce by mixing cheese triangles, water, and cornflour

  4. Assemble the pasta with readybites, spinach, and sauces

  5. Bake until the cheese starts to brown

Notes

  1. Adjust tomato puree based on desired sauce thickness

  2. Spinach amount can vary as it reduces significantly when cooked
