Schnitzel with Mafalde Pasta and Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 3.5 Tivall schnitzel
  • Mafalde pasta by Garofalo
  • 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Colmans mustard powder
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Wholemeal roll
  • Oats
  • 2 tsp Tesco butterpak spreadable
  • 0.5 tsp Very Lazy garlic
  • 20g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Oven cook the Tivall schnitzel.

  2. Cook mafalde pasta on hob for about 8 minutes.

  3. Add 3 Laughing Cow cheese triangles to a little pasta water and stir to make a sauce.

  4. Add garlic powder, onion salt, and mustard powder to the sauce.

  5. Fry mushrooms and stir into the sauce along with spinach.

  6. Slice the wholemeal roll and top with oats.

  7. Mix 2 tsp butter spread with 0.5 tsp garlic and spread over the bread.

  8. Sprinkle 20g grated mozzarella over the bread.

  9. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melty and starts to brown.
