Brunch Bake with Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 salad potatoes
  • 6 meat-free cocktail sausages
  • Plum tomatoes
  • Vivera plant bacon
  • Mushrooms
  • Small tin of baked beans
  • Tomato puree
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Sweet smoked paprika
  • Paprika flakes
  • Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons butterpak spreadable

Cheesy garlic bread

  • 60 grams wholemeal bun
  • 40 grams grated mozzarella
  • Garlic powder
  • Mixed herbs

Preparation

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes and boil for 6 minutes

  2. Cook the meat-free cocktail sausages and plum tomatoes in an air fryer with a snack basket attachment

  3. Pan fry the plant bacon

  4. Fry the mushrooms

  5. Combine the sausages, tomatoes, plant bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, tomato puree, garlic powder, onion salt, sweet smoked paprika, paprika flakes, and sweetener in a skillet or oven-proof dish

  6. Top the mixture with the boiled potato slices and brush with 2 teaspoons of butterpak spreadable

  7. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes

  8. Fry an egg or bake it if preferred

Garlic bread

  1. Top the wholemeal bun with grated mozzarella, garlic powder, and mixed herbs

  2. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes
