All Day Breakfast Lasagne with Waffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 3 lasagne sheets
  • 4 Cauldron Foods Lincolnshire sausages
  • Viva Vivera plant bacon
  • mushrooms
  • cherry tomatoes
  • baked beans
  • tomato puree
  • water
  • sweetener
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika flakes
  • 40 grams Sainsbury's grated mozzarella
  • sliced tomatoes
  • 1 Clarence Court old Cotswold leg bar egg
  • waffle chips

White sauce

  • 6 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • 250-300 milliliters water
  • garlic powder
  • onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

Preparation

  1. Part cook lasagne sheets in boiling water

  2. Slice and fry sausages until cooked

  3. Fry plant bacon until crisp

  4. Fry mushrooms until softened

  5. For white sauce, cook cheese triangles and water in a saucepan until cheese is melted

  6. Add garlic powder and onion salt to white sauce and stir

  7. Mix 1 tablespoon cornflour with a little cold water to make a fluid, then add to bubbling cheese mixture and stir briskly

  8. Layer ingredients in a small loaf tin, including lasagne sheets, fried sausages, bacon, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, baked beans, tomato puree mixture, and white sauce

  9. Bake layered lasagne for 20 minutes at 200°C

  10. Add grated mozzarella and sliced tomatoes on top

  11. Bake for a further 10 minutes

  12. Fry egg in a single egg pan

  13. Cut waffle chips with a crinkle cut mandolin

  14. Cook waffle chips in an air fryer until crisp

  15. Prepare salad as desired
