Smoky Vegetarian Cannelloni with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 cannelloni tubes
  • Veggie mince
  • Tomato puree
  • Sweetener
  • Rich and smokey stock pot
  • Vegetable stock pot
  • Smoked paprika flakes
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • White pepper

Cheese sauce

  • 300ml boiling water
  • 6 extra light cheese triangles
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

Topping

  • 40g grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Partially boil the cannelloni tubes until they are pliable

  2. Prepare the filling by combining veggie mince, tomato puree, sweetener, stock pots, smoked paprika flakes, garlic powder, onion salt, and white pepper

  3. Fill the partially boiled cannelloni tubes with the prepared filling mixture

  4. Make the cheese sauce by mixing boiling water, cheese triangles, garlic powder, onion salt, and cornflour until smooth and thickened

  5. Layer the filled cannelloni tubes in a baking dish, pour the cheese sauce over them, and top with grated mozzarella

  6. Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted and golden, and the dish is heated through

Tips

  1. Allow the dish to set for a few minutes after baking to prevent the filling from leaking out
