Smoky Paprika Meat-Free Pasta

Ingredients

  • Dopsu meat-free pork pieces
  • Button mushrooms
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Smoked sweet paprika flakes
  • Tagliatelle
  • 4 extra light cheese triangles
  • Spinach
  • Grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Pan fry the meat-free pork pieces.

  2. Slice and fry the button mushrooms.

  3. Cook the tagliatelle and add some of the pasta water to the frying pan with the mushrooms and pork pieces.

  4. Stir in the cheese triangles to create a sauce.

  5. Add spinach and grated mozzarella at the end and heat through.

  6. Sprinkle with more smoked paprika flakes before serving.
