Mustard-Flavored Sausage Pasta
Ingredients
- 140g dry pasta
- 1 brown onion
- Small amount of oil
- Button mushrooms
- 6 vegetarian Lincolnshire sausages
- Spinach
- 6 extra light cheese triangles
- 1 mushroom stockpot
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Garlic powder to taste
- Onion salt to taste
- Salad as side
Preparation
Dice the brown onion and fry it in oil.
Cook the sausages in the oven according to package instructions and slice them.
Slice the button mushrooms and fry them with the onion.
Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
In a pan, combine the fried onions, mushrooms, sliced sausages, spinach, cheese triangles, mushroom stockpot, mustard powder, mustard, garlic powder, and onion salt to create the sauce.
Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and heat through.
Serve with salad.
