Simple Vegan Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

  • 500g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup white wine or vegetable stock
  • 1 3/4 cup plant milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 250g pasta

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and save some pasta water.

  2. Fry the mushrooms, onion, and garlic until softened.

  3. Add the flour to the mushrooms, onion, and garlic mixture.

  4. Deglaze with the white wine or vegetable stock and plant milk.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Stir in the cooked pasta.
