Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms
  • 3 extra light cheese triangles (Laughing Cow)
  • A little pasta water
  • Spinach
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Tagliatelle

Preparation

  1. Slice and fry the button mushrooms.

  2. Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions.

  3. Combine the cheese triangles, pasta water, garlic powder, onion salt, and chilli flakes in a pan to make a sauce.

  4. Add spinach and stir until wilted.

  5. Stir the cooked tagliatelle through the sauce and heat through.
