Vegetarian Bolognese Pasta Dish
Ingredients
- 80g trottole pasta
- 1/2 brown onion
- 12 cherry and plum tomatoes
- Meat-free mince
- Spinach
- Vegetable stock pot
- Rich and smokey stock pot
- Sweetener
- Garlic powder
- Onion salt
- Smoked paprika
- Tomato puree
- Fried egg
Preparation
Cook the trottole pasta for 6 minutes.
Soften the brown onion.
Air fry the cherry and plum tomatoes.
Cook the meat-free mince in a pan until browned.
Add the softened onion, air-fried tomatoes, spinach, vegetable stock pot, rich and smokey stock pot, sweetener, garlic powder, onion salt, smoked paprika, and tomato puree to the mince and simmer until combined.
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and top with a fried egg.
