Vegetarian Hunter's Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 80g Trottole pasta
  • 1/2 brown onion
  • Naked Glory roast readybites
  • Vivera veggie bacon bits
  • Oil (1)
  • Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Henderson's Relish
  • Filippo Berio balsamic vinegar
  • Sweetener
  • Deliciou BBQ bacon powder
  • Onion salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Chili flakes
  • 60g grated mozzarella
  • 0.5 Squeaky Bean NYC deli pastrami style slices
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Cook the Trottole pasta for 6 minutes.

  2. Fry the half brown onion until softened.

  3. Add the Naked Glory roast readybites and Vivera veggie bacon bits; cook until browned.

  4. Stir in the oil, tomato puree, water, Henderson's Relish, balsamic vinegar, sweetener, Deliciou BBQ bacon powder, onion salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili flakes to make the sauce.

  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce mixture.

  6. Top with the grated mozzarella and Squeaky Bean NYC deli pastrami style slices, removing a few bits with an apple corer.

  7. Grill or bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Serve with a side salad.

Tips

  1. This recipe is equivalent to 1.5 syns in Slimming World.

  2. You can use an oven instead of grilling if preferred.
