Tikka Pasta Bake with Actifry Chips and Salad

Ingredients

  • Brown onion
  • Box of cherry tomatoes
  • Bag of no meat company no chick strips
  • Knorr vegetable stock pot
  • Garam masala
  • Tablespoon Sainsbury's tikka powder
  • Tablespoon cornflour
  • 140g spirali pasta
  • 80g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella

Chips components

  • Natoora russet potato
  • Frylight spray
  • Onion salt
  • Garlic powder

Salad components

  • Salad greens or vegetables

Preparation

  1. Dice and slowly fry the brown onion

  2. Fry the box of cherry tomatoes with the onions

  3. Add the bag of no meat company no chick strips to the wok

  4. Cook the 140g spirali pasta for 6 minutes before adding to the sauce

  5. Combine all ingredients in an oven-proof dish

  6. Top with 80g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella

  7. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melty

Chips

  1. Peel, chip, rinse, dry, and spray the Natoora russet potato with Frylight

  2. Season with onion salt and garlic powder

  3. Cook in the Tefal Actifryer

Salad assembly

  1. Prepare and serve the salad
