Tikka Lasagne with Tikka Strips and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 lasagne sheets
  • Bag of naked glory tikka strips
  • Knorr vegetable stock pot
  • Sainsburys tikka powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Sweetener (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Tomato puree (1/2 tube)
  • Teaspoon very lazy food chipotle paste
  • Water (about 200ml)
  • 250ml boiling water
  • 6 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Colmans mustard powder (1/2 teaspoon of each)
  • Tablespoon cornflour
  • 40g sainsburys grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Soften lasagne sheets in boiling water first.

  2. Pan fry the tikka strips.

  3. Prepare the tikka mixture using vegetable stock pot, tikka powder, sweetener, tomato puree, chipotle paste, and water (about 200ml).

  4. Make the cheese sauce by mixing 250ml boiling water with 6 cheese triangles, garlic powder, onion salt, mustard powder, and cornflour slurry.

  5. Layer the dish starting with the tikka mixture and finishing with the cheese sauce.

  6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes; the sauce will form a skin and stay fluid underneath.

  7. Top with grated mozzarella and bake again for 10 minutes until golden and melty.

  8. Note that the entire recipe is 1 syn and uses 2 hex A, with 0.5 syn and 1 hex A for the visible portion.
