Vegetarian Pepperoni Style Pizza

Ingredients

  • 120g cooked weight wholemeal base (or 132g uncooked)
  • Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Garlic powder
  • Sweet smoked paprika
  • Sweetener
  • 60g grated mozzarella
  • Couple of slices Italian deli ham style
  • Couple of slices NYC pastrami style
  • Bacon seasoning

Preparation

  1. Prepare the wholemeal base according to preference, aiming for 120g cooked weight

  2. Mix tomato puree, water, garlic powder, sweet smoked paprika, and sweetener to make the sauce

  3. Spread the sauce over the base

  4. Add grated mozzarella and top with slices of Italian deli ham style, NYC pastrami style, and sprinkle bacon seasoning

  5. Cook at the highest possible temperature for 10 minutes until done
