Vegetarian Potato Carbonara Variation

Ingredients

  • Seasonal gold potatoes
  • 4 extra light cheese triangles
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Radishes
  • 2 Italian deli ham style slices
  • Plant bacon
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Spicy bacon seasoning
  • Tender stem broccoli

Preparation

  1. Cut potatoes into small pieces and boil until tender

  2. Fry the plant bacon until crispy

  3. Cut radishes into half moons and chop the ham style slices

  4. Add cheese triangles to the boiled potatoes with a little potato water to make a sauce, incorporating garlic powder, onion salt, and spicy bacon seasoning

  5. Combine all ingredients including tender stem broccoli and fresh ground black pepper, then heat through and serve
