Veggie Chicken in Creamy Mushroom Tarragon Sauce
Ingredients
Plant tenders
- 3 Vivera plant tenders
- Veggie chicken style stock powder
- Garlic powder
- White pepper
- Tarragon
Creamy sauce
- Mushrooms
- Fresh tarragon
- 1/2 Tesco garlic and herb stock pot
- Water
- 1 teaspoon Very Lazy garlic
- 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
Vegetables
- Chantenay carrots
- Tender stem broccoli
- Chives
Preparation
Shape the plant tenders into a chicken fillet style.
Sprinkle them with veggie chicken style stock powder, garlic powder, white pepper, and tarragon.
Spray and roast the tenders.
Fry the mushrooms.
Add fresh tarragon, 1/2 Tesco garlic and herb stock pot, water, 1 teaspoon Very Lazy garlic, and 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles, then stir to make a thick, creamy sauce.
Boil the Chantenay carrots, then pan fry them with chives.
Boil the tender stem broccoli for a few minutes.
Serve all components together.
