Veggie Chicken in Creamy Mushroom Tarragon Sauce

Ingredients

Plant tenders

  • 3 Vivera plant tenders
  • Veggie chicken style stock powder
  • Garlic powder
  • White pepper
  • Tarragon

Creamy sauce

  • Mushrooms
  • Fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 Tesco garlic and herb stock pot
  • Water
  • 1 teaspoon Very Lazy garlic
  • 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles

Vegetables

  • Chantenay carrots
  • Tender stem broccoli
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Shape the plant tenders into a chicken fillet style.

  2. Sprinkle them with veggie chicken style stock powder, garlic powder, white pepper, and tarragon.

  3. Spray and roast the tenders.

  4. Fry the mushrooms.

  5. Add fresh tarragon, 1/2 Tesco garlic and herb stock pot, water, 1 teaspoon Very Lazy garlic, and 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles, then stir to make a thick, creamy sauce.

  6. Boil the Chantenay carrots, then pan fry them with chives.

  7. Boil the tender stem broccoli for a few minutes.

  8. Serve all components together.
