Chicken-Style Tarragon Mug Pie with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms
  • Naked Glory roast ready bites
  • Very Lazy garlic
  • Fresh chives
  • Fresh tarragon
  • White pepper
  • 3 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Water
  • 25g Jus-Rol puff pastry
  • Egg for brushing

Vegetables

  • Parsnips
  • Chantenay carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Tender stem broccoli

Preparation

  1. Fry the sliced button mushrooms.

  2. Fry the Naked Glory roast ready bites.

  3. Make a sauce by adding water gradually to the cheese triangles.

  4. Mix in garlic, chives, tarragon, and white pepper.

  5. Combine the mixture and place it in a Falcon enamel mug.

  6. Top with the puff pastry.

  7. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.

  8. Cook until golden.
