Side vegetables
- Parsnips
- Chantenay carrots
- Potatoes
- Tender stem broccoli
Preparation
Finely dice the brown onion and fry it off
Shred the plant-based beef style strips and mix with shredded pieces of NYC deli pastrami
Pan fry the mixture with the meat-free beef flavour stock cube
Add baked beans to the mixture
Pop the filling into a enamel mug and top with puff pastry
Brush the pastry with beaten egg and bake until golden and puffed
