Simple Sausage Rolls with Chips and Beans
Ingredients
- 2 vegetarian sausages
- puff pastry
- 1 egg
- black onion seeds
- battered potato slices
- baked beans
Preparation
Part-cook the sausages and let them cool.
Wrap the cooled sausages in puff pastry.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with black onion seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Cook the battered potato slices according to package instructions.
Heat the baked beans.
Serve together.
