Simple Sausage Rolls with Chips and Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 vegetarian sausages
  • puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • black onion seeds
  • battered potato slices
  • baked beans

Preparation

  1. Part-cook the sausages and let them cool.

  2. Wrap the cooled sausages in puff pastry.

  3. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with black onion seeds.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

  5. Cook the battered potato slices according to package instructions.

  6. Heat the baked beans.

  7. Serve together.
