Festive Sausage Brie Cranberry Tart

Ingredients

  • Meat-free soya Cumberland whirl
  • Puff pastry
  • Cranberry and ruby port sauce
  • Brie
  • Egg
  • Black onion seeds

Preparation

  1. Brown the meat-free soya Cumberland whirl on both sides and allow it to cool.

  2. Cut the puff pastry into a circle and score 1 centimeter in from the edge.

  3. Spread the cranberry and ruby port sauce around the center of the pastry.

  4. Cut the brie into pieces and place it on the tart.

  5. Place the sausage in the center of the tart.

  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with black onion seeds.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C.

Notes

  1. Vegetables can be cooked in your usual way and served alongside the tart.
