Cheesy Baked Courgette Fingers
Ingredients
- Courgette
- Egg
- Flour
- Grated cheese
- Olive oil
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C fan.
Slice the courgette into fingers and set up two plates: one with a beaten egg and the other with flour mixed with grated cheese.
Dip the courgette fingers in the egg, then roll them in the cheesy flour mixture.
Place them on a baking tray and spray with oil or drizzle olive oil over them.
Bake for 20 minutes until they are a little crispy but soft inside.
