Cheesy Baked Courgette Fingers

Ingredients

  • Courgette
  • Egg
  • Flour
  • Grated cheese
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C fan.

  2. Slice the courgette into fingers and set up two plates: one with a beaten egg and the other with flour mixed with grated cheese.

  3. Dip the courgette fingers in the egg, then roll them in the cheesy flour mixture.

  4. Place them on a baking tray and spray with oil or drizzle olive oil over them.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes until they are a little crispy but soft inside.
