Healthy Mini Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 20g flour
  • 100g skyr or cottage cheese
  • 20g coconut oil
  • 20g sugar (cane sugar)
  • 80g dark baking chocolate

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave.

  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg, skyr, and sugar.

  3. Add the flour and mix.

  4. Add the melted chocolate and mix again until homogeneous.

  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

  6. Let cool and enjoy.
