Vegetarian Jumbo Sausage Roll with Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 x Richmond meat-free sausages
  • Jus-Rol puff pastry
  • Beaten egg
  • Baked beans

Preparation

  1. Split the sausages up the middle, squish them together, and brown in a frying pan.

  2. Allow to cool.

  3. Wrap in puff pastry, brush with beaten egg, and bake until golden.

  4. Serve with baked beans.
