Classic Sausage and Mash with Beans
Ingredients
- Richmond sage and onion sausages
- Instant mashed potato mix (Asda brand)
- Baked beans (Morrisons brand)
- Chives
- Onion salt
- Butter (Lurpak brand)
- Chilli flakes
- Sea salt
Preparation
Cook the sage and onion sausages in an air fryer until fully cooked and browned.
Prepare the instant mashed potatoes according to package instructions, then mix in chives, onion salt, and a knob of butter.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
Season the dish with chives, chilli flakes, and sea salt to taste.
Serve the sausages with the mash and beans together on a plate.
Tips
The sausages may need additional salt for better flavor based on personal preference.
