Sausage Cheese Pastry Wrap
Ingredients
- 35g puff pastry
- Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
- 3 vegetarian sausages (part cooked)
- 15g mature cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- Black onion seeds
- Rocket
- Radishes
Preparation
Fold the pastry over the filling of ketchup, sausages, and grated cheese.
Brush the folded pastry with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with black onion seeds.
Bake until golden.
Poach an egg.
Serve with rocket and radishes.
