Sausage and Potato Mug Pie

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • 6 Cauldron Lincolnshire sausages
  • Water
  • 6 Laughing Cow cheese portions
  • 1/2 tablespoon Colman's mustard powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Fresh chives
  • 25 grams Jus Rol puff pastry
  • Egg

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes and slice them.

  2. Actifry the sausages and slice them.

  3. Mix water, Laughing Cow cheese, mustard powder, garlic powder, and onion salt until thick and creamy, then stir in fresh chives.

  4. Combine the sliced potatoes, sliced sausages, and sauce mixture.

  5. Spoon the mixture into a mug.

  6. Top with puff pastry.

  7. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.

  8. Bake in the oven at 190°C until golden.
