Veggie Steak and Mushroom Mug Pie

Ingredients

  • 125g Moving Mountains beef style strips
  • 1/2 box button mushrooms
  • 2 x Oxo meat free beef flavour stock cubes
  • Water
  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 Tsp Marmite Dynamite chilli
  • 25g Jus Rol puff pastry
  • Chantenay carrots
  • Parsnips
  • Tender stem broccoli

Preparation

  1. Fry the beef style strips until cooked.

  2. Slice the button mushrooms and fry them.

  3. Prepare the stock using the meat free beef flavour stock cubes, water, cornflour, and Dynamite chilli.

  4. Place the filling in a Falcon Enamel mug.

  5. Top with the puff pastry, brush with egg, and bake until crisp and golden.

  6. Air fry the chantenay carrots.

  7. Air fry the parsnips.

  8. Cook the tender stem broccoli.

  9. Note that the entire dish is within 10 syns.
