Creamy Meatballs with Quorn Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 Quorn Swedish style meatballs
- Marabel mash
- Tender stem broccoli
- Chives
- Onion salt
Sauce components
- 120ml water
- 4 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- Knorr mushroom stock pot
Preparation
Boil and mash the Marabel potatoes, seasoning with chives and onion salt.
Steam the tender stem broccoli until tender.
In a saucepan, combine water, cheese triangles, and mushroom stock pot and simmer until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and coat them thoroughly.
