Plant-Based Fish Fingers with Mash and Beans
Ingredients
- Moving Mountains plant-based fingers
- Asda belle potatoes
- Chives
- Onion salt
- Morrisons baked beans
- Sea salt
- Sarsons malt vinegar
Preparation
Oven cook the Moving Mountains plant-based fingers according to package instructions.
Peel and boil the Asda belle potatoes until soft.
Mash the boiled potatoes and mix in chives and onion salt.
Heat the Morrisons baked beans.
Serve the fish fingers with mashed potatoes and baked beans, seasoned with sea salt and malt vinegar.

This meal was originally intended to include chips and peas but was made with mashed potatoes instead.
