Crispy Tarragon Chick'n and Tagliatelle

Ingredients

  • Roast tenderstrips from tasteandglory_uk
  • Garlic powder
  • Tarragon
  • Tagliatelle
  • A little pasta water
  • 4 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornflour
  • Chives
  • Onion salt
  • Tender stem broccoli

Preparation

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to package directions and reserve a small amount of pasta water in the pan.

  2. Dust the roast tenderstrips with garlic powder and tarragon, then pan-fry until crispy.

  3. To the pan with pasta water, add the cheese triangles and stir until combined.

  4. Mix the cornflour with a little cold water to make a slurry, then add it to the pan and stir.

  5. Add garlic powder, tarragon, chives, and onion salt to the sauce and heat through, stirring until smooth.

  6. Cook the tender stem broccoli until tender by steaming or boiling.

  7. Serve the crispy tenderstrips with the cheesy tagliatelle and broccoli.
