Spicy Sausage Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 6 vegetarian butcher little Willie's Lincolnshire sausages
- 3 cauldronfoods Lincolnshire sausages
- Spirali pasta
- 6 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Knorr vegetable stock pot
- Knorr mushroom stock pot
- Half a bag of spinach
- Chilli flakes
- Garlic powder
- Onion salt
- Chives
- Ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Colmans mustard
- Grated mozzarella for topping
Preparation
Cook and slice the sausages
Cook the spirali pasta and add the sliced sausages to it while cooking to allow them to swell up
Drain off all but just enough pasta water to cover the pasta
Add the cheese triangles, cornflour mixed with a little cold water, vegetable stock pot, mushroom stock pot, spinach, chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion salt, chives, ground black pepper, and mustard to the pasta mixture
Transfer the mixture to a rectangular baking dish
Top with grated mozzarella
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden
Serving suggestions
Serve with a side salad of red onion and radish
