Vegetarian Carbonara Baguette Sandwich
Ingredients
- Part baked roll
- Pasta
- A little water
- 3 extra light cheese triangles
- Garlic powder
- Onion salt
- Chives
- Naked Glory roast tenderstrips
- Richmond meat free bacon
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Grated mozzarella
- BBQ sauce
- Salad
Preparation
Bake the part-baked roll for 6 minutes.
Fry the meat-free bacon until crisp.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Mix the cooked pasta with a little water, cheese triangles, garlic powder, onion salt, chives, and black pepper.
Split the baked roll and fill it with the pasta mixture, tenderstrips, and fried bacon.
Top with grated mozzarella and bake for another 5 minutes.
Drizzle with BBQ sauce and serve with salad.
