Ingredients

  • Brioche baguette
  • Naked Glory roast tenderstrips (defrosted)
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Onion salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Chives

Salad components

  • Peashoot
  • Radish shoot
  • Garlic chive
  • Red onion
  • Radish

Preparation

  1. Open the brioche baguette and fill it with the defrosted roast tenderstrips, grated mozzarella, onion salt, garlic powder, and chives

  2. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 6 to 7 minutes

Salad

  1. Combine peashoot, radish shoot, garlic chive, red onion, and radish to assemble the salad
