Preparation
Open the brioche baguette and fill it with the defrosted roast tenderstrips, grated mozzarella, onion salt, garlic powder, and chives
Bake in the oven at 220°C for 6 to 7 minutes

Combine peashoot, radish shoot, garlic chive, red onion, and radish to assemble the salad
