Veggie Bacon Mac and Cheese Toastie

Ingredients

  • 120g spirali pasta
  • 6 extra light cheese triangles
  • garlic powder
  • onion salt
  • mustard powder
  • 40g grated mozzarella
  • crispy veggie bacon bits
  • spray oil
  • 2 slices digestion boost wholemeal bread
  • salad

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 6 minutes.

  2. Add the cheese triangles, garlic powder, onion salt, and mustard powder then stir until the cheese starts to thicken.

  3. Add the grated mozzarella and stir until combined.

  4. Spread the mac and cheese mixture onto the bread slices, add the veggie bacon bits, and toast in a panini press with spray oil.

  5. Serve with salad.

  1. Do not over stir the cheese mixture to maintain its gooey stringiness.
