Meat-Free Mince and Tatties

Ingredients

  • Seasonal gold potatoes
  • Morrisons meat-free mince
  • Bisto original gravy granules
  • Oxo meat-free beef flavour stock cube
  • Sarsons gravy browning (optional)
  • Red Leicester cheese
  • Chilli flakes
  • Morrisons black pepper and sea salt bloomer
  • Tesco butterpak spreadable

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks, then boil until tender for about 20 minutes

  2. Add the meat-free mince to the cooked potatoes

  3. Prepare gravy using Bisto granules, water, seasonings, stock cube, and optional browning, adjusting thickness based on preference

Tips

  1. The amount of gravy depends on the water content in the pan and desired thickness
