Schnitzel Pizza with Veggie Toppings

Ingredients

  • 2 Tivall schnitzels
  • 60g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella
  • Squeaky Bean Veg NYC deli pastrami style
  • Baby peppers
  • Radishes
  • Red onion

Topping mixture

  • Baked beans
  • Tomato puree
  • Onion salt
  • Sweet smoked paprika
  • Sweetener
  • Paprika flakes

Preparation

  1. Cook the schnitzels for 8 minutes then turn them over

  2. Top with the baked beans, tomato puree, onion salt, sweet smoked paprika, sweetener, and paprika flakes mixture

  3. Add grated mozzarella and a few pieces of cut NYC deli pastrami style

  4. Return to the oven for 9 minutes

Notes

  1. The heart-shaped presentation is an optional afterthought for plating
