Schnitzel Pizza with Veggie Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 Tivall schnitzels
- 60g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella
- Squeaky Bean Veg NYC deli pastrami style
- Baby peppers
- Radishes
- Red onion
Topping mixture
- Baked beans
- Tomato puree
- Onion salt
- Sweet smoked paprika
- Sweetener
- Paprika flakes
Preparation
Cook the schnitzels for 8 minutes then turn them over
Top with the baked beans, tomato puree, onion salt, sweet smoked paprika, sweetener, and paprika flakes mixture
Add grated mozzarella and a few pieces of cut NYC deli pastrami style
Return to the oven for 9 minutes
