Vegetarian Wellington Croissant with Roasted Corn

Ingredients

  • Reduced fat croissant
  • Plant pioneers no beef pieces
  • Baby button mushrooms
  • A little water
  • 2 light cheese triangles
  • Bisto best onion gravy
  • Sarsons gravy browning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion salt
  • Mushroom powder
  • Corn cob
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Chip seasoning

Preparation

  1. Pan fry the no beef pieces, adding a little water, onion gravy, and gravy browning

  2. Slice and fry the baby button mushrooms

  3. Stir in the cheese triangles until thick and creamy, then add garlic powder, onion salt, and mushroom powder

  4. Assemble the mixture into the croissant and bake in a hot oven until crisp

  5. Cut up the corn cob, spray with rapeseed oil, sprinkle with chip seasoning, and roast until golden, about 25 minutes
