Five Cheese Hot Dog with Corn
Ingredients
- Part-baked crusty roll
- Beyond Meat sausage
- Five counties cheese (grated)
- Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
- Onion crispies
- Corn cobs
- Spreadable butter
- Salad
Preparation
Partially cook and split the crusty roll.
Grate the five counties cheese.
Boil the corn cobs until tender, then roast them.
Cook the Beyond Meat sausage according to package instructions.
Assemble the hot dog by placing the sausage in the roll and adding cheese, ketchup, onion crispies, corn, butter, and salad.
Place back in the oven to melt the cheese.
Serve immediately.
