Potato Wedges with Avocado Dip

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • some oil
  • salt
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic powder

Avocado dip

  • 1 avocado
  • handful of cherry tomatoes
  • cilantro
  • chili flakes
  • salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice of half a lemon

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°C/435°F.

  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix in a bowl with some oil, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. Pour the potato wedges onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

  4. Blend the avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, chili flakes, salt, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth in a blender.
