Patatas Bravas with Meatballs
Ingredients
- 4 seasonal gold potatoes
- 1 brown onion
- Garlic (Very Lazy brand)
- Baby peppers
- 6 veggie kitchen meatballs
- Water from boiled potatoes
- Tomato puree
- 0.5 tablespoon sweetener
- Sweet smoked paprika flakes
Preparation
Halve the potatoes and boil them until tender.
Dice the onion and fry it in a pan until softened.
Chop the baby peppers and add them to the pan with the garlic; sauté until slightly softened.
Add the meatballs to the pan and brown them.
Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and cook until they color.
Add water from the potatoes, tomato puree, sweetener, and sweet smoked paprika to the pan; heat through.
Serve with salad leaves.
