Breakfast on Toast with Cheese and Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 40g grated mozzarella
- 4 waffle hash browns
- 4 plant-based cocktail sausages
- Piccolo vine tomatoes
- 4 quail eggs
- Purple radish shoots
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Toast the bread on one side and flip it.
Add grated mozzarella to the bread and grill until melted.
Cook the waffle hash browns in an air fryer.
Cook the plant-based cocktail sausages in an air fryer.
Pan fry the quail eggs.
Serve the tomatoes and radish shoots as desired.
Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
Assemble all components on the toast.
